Conceived in America in 2008, the event attracts high-profile supporters including Gwyneth Paltrow, Will Smith, Beyoncé, Jennifer Aniston and Michael Douglas.
Drive produced and designed the fundraising Gala at London’s Three Mills Studios, when the first-ever UK Stand Up To Cancer telethon was broadcast live on Channel 4.
Drive translated the brief to bring science to the forefront by combining performance and ground breaking technology with the life-changing, microscopic world of cancer research to create a multi-dimensional journey for guests. Highlights of the show included 4D aerialist performers, petri-dish canapés and a giant, inflatable dome that transformed the space into a world of scientific magnification and immersive projection to bring science research to life.
Impact: Stand Up To Cancer has raised over £7 million so far.
